By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. Certain items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, customization, or product fragility.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A product will be eligible for return or exchange only if it meets all the following conditions:
✅ The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong color, size, or item).
✅ The return request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels, price tags, and invoice intact.
✅ The item passes our internal inspection process after it reaches us.
⚠️ Any item that shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not qualify for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories are excluded from return or exchange:

• Custom-stitched or altered sarees

• Blouse stitching or fall/pico services

• Jewelry items (necklaces, earrings, bangles, etc.)

• Sarees or fabrics that have been worn, washed, or ironed

• Products purchased during discounts, clearance, or special offers

• Gift cards or promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item:

   Include your:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging

2. Response Time:
   Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Return Shipping:

   • For eligible returns within India, we may arrange a reverse pickup if the service is available in your area.

   • If not available, customers must send the product via a reliable courier, with tracking details shared via email.

4. Return Address:
   (Will be provided via email upon approval of your return request.)

5. Inspection:
   Upon receipt, the returned product will undergo a quality inspection to verify its condition before any refund or replacement is processed.

5. Refund Procedure

Once the returned product passes inspection, we will initiate the refund.

• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

• Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection approval.

• Refunds will not include shipping charges, COD fees, or promotional discounts.

• If your return fails inspection, we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back at your cost.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product category only (e.g., saree for saree).

• If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Please ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at enquiry@anusaya.co.in.

• Include clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including prepaid shipping costs (if applicable).

Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• COD orders are not eligible for refunds once dispatched.

9. International Orders
For orders shipped outside India:

• We do not offer returns or exchanges due to international shipping complexities.

• Refunds are only processed for defective or damaged products with proper proof shared within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable.

Please note that all handcrafted sarees and jewelry may have minor variations in color, weave, or finish due to lighting, hand-dyeing, or weaving techniques.
These are not considered defects but are natural characteristics of handmade products.

   • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, care, or use of products after delivery.

2. Inspection Rights

   • All returned products are subject to inspection before processing a refund or replacement. Our decision in this regard will be final and binding.

3. Fraudulent Claims

   • Any attempt to misuse this policy through false claims, deliberate damage, or misrepresentation will result in the cancellation of refunds and may lead to legal action.

4. Jurisdiction

   • This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

   • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
