At Anusaya Threads and Jewels, we take great care to ensure that every handcrafted product reaches you in perfect condition and within a reasonable timeframe.
We currently deliver across India and to select international destinations through trusted courier partners.
All orders are processed during business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
· Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days after full payment confirmation.
· Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the product’s nature and artisan availability.
· You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a dispatch notification once your order is shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We ship throughout India using reliable and secure delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
· Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
· Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 5–9 business days
· Remote Locations: Up to 12 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier network, or unforeseen factors (such as weather or local restrictions).
4. International Shipping
We ship to select countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Australia.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
· Asia / Middle East: 7–12 business days
· Europe / USA / Canada: 10–18 business days
· Australia / Rest of World: 12–20 business days
All international deliveries are handled through reputed courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, ensuring safe and timely shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
· Import duties, VAT, or customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
· These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
· Customs policies vary by country — we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders:
· Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
· For orders below ₹2,000, a nominal shipping charge (₹100–₹250) may apply, depending on the delivery location and weight.
International Orders:
· Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier service.
· Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before finalizing your order.
6. Payment Policy
We currently accept prepaid orders only through secure online payment methods such as:
· Credit Cards / Debit Cards
· Net Banking
· UPI
· Digital Wallets
❌ Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not accepted under any circumstances.
This policy ensures secure transactions, minimizes fraud, and maintains smooth order processing for all customers.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
· An email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
· A tracking link that allows you to follow your shipment’s journey in real time.

8. Packaging & Product Safety
We use tamper-proof and eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure the safety of your order:
· Sarees are packed in protective covers and sealed securely.
· Jewelry is bubble-wrapped and placed in durable boxes to prevent transit damage.
If your package appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please refuse to accept delivery and inform us immediately at enquiry@anusaya.co.in with photographs or videos.
9. Delayed Deliveries
Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
· Weather disruptions or natural calamities
· Strikes, lockdowns, or courier service interruptions
· Public holidays or government restrictions
· Customs clearance delays (for international shipments)
While we make every effort to deliver on time, Anusaya Threads and Jewels is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or external conditions.
10. Undelivered or Returned Packages
In case an order is returned to us due to:
· Incorrect or incomplete address
· Customer not available at delivery time
· Repeated failed delivery attempts
We will contact you to re-ship the parcel.
Re-shipping charges will apply.
If you choose to cancel the order after failed delivery, a refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
11. Partial Shipments
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels (for example, if certain items are ready sooner).
Each shipment will have a unique tracking number and may arrive at slightly different times.
12. Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items
Certain products (especially limited-edition sarees or handcrafted jewelry) are made-to-order.
Estimated dispatch times for such items will be mentioned on the product page.
Any delay beyond this period will be communicated via email or phone.
13. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, misplaced, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
14. Lost or Missing Shipments
In the rare event your shipment is lost in transit:
· We will initiate a formal investigation with the courier partner.
· Once confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued, based on your preference.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
15. Force Majeure
Anusaya Threads and Jewels shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
· Acts of God (flood, earthquake, cyclone, etc.)
· Political unrest, war, or pandemics
Transportation strikes or courier service disruptions
Such events will be treated as Force Majeure under Indian contract law.
16. Legal Disclaimer
1. Transfer of Risk:
Once a product is handed over to the courier service, ownership and risk are transferred to the buyer.
2. Liability Limitation:
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by shipping delays or courier errors.
3. Jurisdiction:
All matters related to shipping and delivery shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
